2022-07-29

Coral fleece is a popular fabric in the market in recent years. Its texture is fine, and there will be no pilling and fading, so it is very popular in the market. But everything has two sides. Next, SIDEFU will introduce the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of coral fleece fabric.

1、What is coral fleece

Coral fleece, as the name suggests, is a colorful and well covered coral like textile fabric. It is a new type of fabric, with fine texture, soft feel, not easy to shed hair, not pilling, not fading, no stimulation to the skin, beautiful appearance and rich colors. Common coral fleece uses polyester fibers dty150d/288f and dty150d/144f as raw materials, with fine filament size and small bending modulus, so its fabric has excellent softness.

2 、Characteristics of coral fleece

The texture is fine and soft, without pilling and fading, but due to the weaving principle, there will be slight hair loss. The water absorption performance is particularly excellent, which is three times that of all cotton products. It has no irritation to the skin and is not allergic. With beautiful appearance and rich colors, it is a substitute product for Cotton Bathrobes that has just sprung up in China.

3、Advantages of coral fleece

Coral wool is made of imported DTY microfiber. Compared with other textiles, its advantages are particularly obvious:

Soft feel: the monofilament has fine fineness and small bending modulus, so its fabric has excellent softness.

Good coverage: due to the high density between fibers and large specific surface area, the coverage is good.

Good wearability: due to the large specific surface area of the fiber, it has high wicking effect and permeability, and is comfortable to wear. It has good decontamination. Because the fiber fabric is soft and can closely fit with the object to be wiped, it has a good cleaning effect.

Optical property: due to the large specific surface area of the fiber, the light reflection on the surface of the fiber aggregate is poor. Therefore, the fabric made of this fiber has light, elegant and soft color.

4、Disadvantages of coral fleece

It is easy to generate static electricity. Due to the weaving principle, there will be hair loss. It is recommended to wash it before wearing it. (if your skin is dry in winter, you can rub moisturizer before wearing it, or use antistatic detergent when washing). It is suggested that people with skin allergies and asthma should avoid wearing this fabric because coral wool will fall off.

5、 Usage and cleaning of coral fleece

Usage:

It is mainly used in nightgowns, baby products, children's clothing, pajamas, shoes and hats, toys, car accessories, craft products, home accessories and other fields, and is more and more popular in the home textile industry. A large number of coral velvet beddings have emerged on the market, gradually replacing traditional beddings. Such as coral plush blankets, quilts, pillows, sheets, pillowcases and four piece bedding sets, which are deeply loved by consumers.

Cleaning:

1. Machine wash

As the general coral fleece is large in size and difficult to clean, families with washing machines can choose to wash it with washing machines. The coral fleece is soft in texture and does not lose hair, fade or pilling. It is recommended to wash it after soaking in soft laundry solutions such as JinFang, or wash it with bee hair conditioner, which can make the wool softer.

When the water temperature is below 30 ℃, the washing machine is weak to wash, and the soaking time cannot exceed 10 minutes. Neutral detergent should be selected. Do not bleach or dry clean. Do not wash the colored or faded items together. When using a non barrel washing machine, it should be placed in the laundry bag. Dark fabrics should be washed with cold water, and softeners should be added when washing.

2. Hand wash

First, inject warm water of about 30 ℃ into the container, use general household detergent, and then put the blanket into the container to soak until it is saturated. Soak it in the water temperature below 30 ℃ for about 15 minutes (the time should not be too long). Rub and wash it repeatedly and gently with your hands to release the stains in the blanket. Then rinse it repeatedly with clean water until it is clean, squeeze out the water, and dry it in the shade. It is not suitable to be exposed to strong light directly. Do not iron it. At the same time, please wash it separately from colored or discolored clothes.
